Winamp AVS: In English please
Welcome !
As you are more and more from non French speaking countries to visit my website,
especially the AVS's pages, I have decided to create this special page,
just for you.
Here, you will find all of my best presets with an English presentation
(comments in presets are still in French), and links to the English versions
of my AVS tutorial.
I hope you'll appreciate !

My best presets
Just below this text, you can see little screen captures of my best presets.
By clicking on one little picture, you'll get a popup window which shows you
a biggest picture, a little comment about the preset and a link to download
it.
If you just want to download it, you can click directly on the title of
the thumb (the French name of the preset).
You can also download all of these presets at the same time using the file
piR_avs.zip (52.1 Kb)
which contains a single directory with all of these presets (it also contains
a little file with some explanations about how to install it).
For these next presets (except the 3 firsts ;-) ), AVS 2.81 is required.
How to
An AVS preset is a file with the 'avs' extension. Depending on the version
of Winamp you use, you have to copy it into:
C:\Program Files\Winamp\Plugins\avs for Winamp 2.x and 5.x
or:
C:\Program Files\Winamp3\Wacs\data\avs for Winamp 3.0.
Once it's done, you can launch AVS from Winamp, and, with a right click in the
visualization window, you can choose this preset in the popup menu which must
appear.

They contain the presets of the first table of this page (some are remixed)
with new names and some extra presets (especially for introduction and/or
conclusion). They also contain English comments :-).
My AVS tutorial
I have recently updated my French web pages in order to take in account the
new version of AVS provided with the new Winamp 5. Unfortunately, this
tutorial is written in French. Therefore, to satisfy people who can't
read French, I have made its translation. You can get it here:

These are PDF files you can either see on line (left click) or download
(right click and Save as ...). Of course, you also need Acrobat Reader (or
equivalent) but I'm sure it's already done.
As you know, English is not my natural language, so there can be some weird
sentences and other mistakes. If you find some, please tell me.
